1995 was a grand year! Indeed it was a grand year! Windows 95 was launched in 1995, hence the name.

With Windows 95 came Outlook Express. Outlook Express was the little brother of Outlook 95 which came out with the Office 95 package which was really the first office package for businesses.
Outlook 95 was also a part of the Office 95 package but strangely enough, the Exchange Server was not truly released yet as Exchange 4.0 came out to the public in August 1996, i.e. over a year after.
Outlook Express did not have any email signature capability but Outlook 95 did, in fact, have a function for storing your basic contact details which appeared in the bottom of all emails. So cool!
